Note
De UE Series ondersteunt zowel RS485 (Serieel) als Modbus TCP (via Ethernet dongle). Zorg ervoor dat je de juiste verbindingsmodus selecteert in de controller.
Bekabeling
RS485 (10000 - 20000 UE)
De 10000-20000 UE-serie maakt gebruik van een gespecialiseerde ronde waterdichte connector voor RS485-communicatie. Je moet deze connector demonteren om te bekabelen.
Pin-definitie: Binnen de ronde connector zijn de pinnen genummerd 1 en 2.
RS485 Wiring
- For correct RS485 wiring: Follow the guidelines for RS485 wiring.
- If the wiring shown in the table below is incorrect, please let us know.
- There is no general consensus in the industry about the usage of A and B for the RS485 polarity, so it may be counterintuitive and opposite of what you might expect for some devices.

Opmerking: Raadpleeg de handleiding als jouw model een ander connector type gebruikt.
RS485 (4000 - 6000 UE)
Voor de kleinere UE-modellen is de verbinding doorgaans via de terminalblok of DB9-poort. Controleer dit met de specifieke handleiding die hierboven is gelinkt.
Configuratie
NOTE: RS485 Device Addresses
- You MUST give each device on the RS485 bus a unique address. Check the manual of the device on how to do this.
- Use lower addresses first (1, 2, ...) because the SmartgridOne Controller will find them faster!
- For each device, it is generally recommended to stick with the factory default baud rate, parity, and stop bits. The SmartgridOne Controller will scan on those first.
Om het Modbus-adres op het Growatt UE LCD-display te wijzigen:
- Tik dubbel op de voorste knop/scherm om het menu te openen.
- Navigeer naar Instellingen -> Stel COM-adres in.
- Selecteer Stel Handmatig in.
- Tik eenmaal om het getal te verhogen.
- Tik dubbel om te bevestigen ("Set Addr OK!").
