Connection

The communication between the SmartgridOne Controller and the charging stations is established through API. Make sure the charging stations have a functioning internet connection.

Configuration

Make sure the charging station is connected to the Internet and Zaptec's portal. When you add the charging station to the controller, you will be prompted for your portal login to add your station. Have this information ready ahead of time.

You do not need to do anything else in terms of wiring and settings on the charging station.
