How to Remove Installations

We distinguish between removing an installation and choosing to "not follow" an installation.

Recommended Option: "Not Follow" an Installation

It is highly recommended to opt for the "not follow" option. This action moves installations from the main installations table to the "not followed up installations" table, which is located within the general settings, albeit less prominently displayed.

When you select "not follow" for an installation:

  • It will no longer appear in the main installation table.
  • It will not be included in the next invoicing cycle.

Removing an Installation (Restricted)

Clicking on "remove" should be an action reserved for SmartgridOne personnel or individuals who are certain that the installation data is not being autogenerated.
