Flex contract (BE)
Flex contracts use a price system with three prices, which depend on the time of day and the average EPEX spot price at the end of the month.
This option is available for controllers in Belgium located in a Fluvius region (i.e. Flanders). If a controller is in Flanders but the option is not visible, it is recommended to check whether the postal code of the location is correctly configured.

Configuration
On the energy settings overview, if the “Dynamic” card option is currently selected, tap the “Flex” card option to start the configuration. If the “Flex” card option is already selected, tap the “Provide contract details” button to start.
Select the contract name and select the month in which the contract was concluded. The system automatically takes into account the flex price windows as well as net costs, VAT, contribution green power certificates,... Click “Save” to configure the contract.
